Message As Bernie has already said, bearing in the suspension are not always good. I kinda regret putting in bearing based tension rods and upper control arms into my car, but at the time I needed to correct the alignment on the front of my car do to lowering it. I have the Tein S-tach springs in it (came with the car) and KYB AGX shocks. I like the shocks and the springs are not bad but they are a bit stiff for daily driving.

BTW Bernie and others, I'm getting to keep my Z :)
